About This Ministry

 
Over the years of hosting fundraising events, St. Joseph's Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) has acquired numerous decor and event items. Some we are able to use each year. Others, we have only used a few times. Either way, they sit in storage most of the year waiting for the yearly fundraiser! We decided that it is much better to offer these items for rent to St. Joseph's parishioners and those hosting events in St. Joseph's facilities. We support your private events with reasonable costs! You support St. Joseph School's kids!
 

How it works for you...

Rentals are exclusively for St. Joseph parishioners or those using facilities at St. Joseph Wichita. Using the rental form, you will submit your complete list of rental items* to us along with contact info, dates, time, pick-up and drop-off etc. We'll confirm that we have the items* for those dates & then give you a confirmation # and suggested donation amount. 

EVENTS AT ST. JOSEPH
If your event is in the St. Joseph gym or parish hall, PTO members will place all the items* rented in that space directly at an agreed upon date and time. 

OFF SITE EVENTS
If you are taking any items* "off site" you will need to coordinate pick-up at the church office during office hours. If a PTO member has to deliver anything directly to you, there will be a small fee for the effort.
 

How it works for St. Joseph...

You will donate directly to the the St. Joseph PTO by dropping off a check or cash in the parish office during office hours. Please, specify that it is a donation to the St. Joseph PTO. We will give you a confirmation # so that we can connect your rental to your donation.

​All proceeds made from these rentals (suggested donation only) go into the PTO's funds - which provide for material and fellowship needs of the school in a manner consistent with stewardship.
